The biggest concern with storing things on the cloud is security. If there is something that the NSA has shown the United States it is that privacy and security, at least from our own government, has been given up in the name of security. While that may not make you feel better about storing things on the cloud, unless you are going back to pen and paper, it really shouldn’t affect your decision about storing information on the cloud. Instead, you should focus on the security from other businesses and hackers getting to your information, as well as the security that your own server room would supply versus that of the cloud. Some storage companies offer a dedicated server Xeon that is yours to use without any other entity on that particular piece of hardware.
